  • Official Community Plan accepted by the TOC Council on February 18, 2026 after a two year consultation to reach an agreed upon plan that honours Comox citizens' desire for development that respects and cares for the integrity of the town's multi-generational character and the natural ecosystems that are an integral part of it.
